Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and to find out more about my campaign to win in St Albans for the Labour Party.

The Conservative Party have called this election because Theresa May is scared that any deal that she agrees with Europe over the leaving of the EU will be destroyed by her own hardline MPs. I believe that the future of our relationship with Europe shouldn’t be settled by petty infighting amongst Tory backbenchers. I want the British people to be given their say on whatever deal is negotiated with the European Union.

But there is more at stake in this election – especially for people in St Albans. We need housing that is affordable for local people. We need to preserve the future of our National Health Service. We need to protect our local environment from the unsustainable rail freight scheme. And we need better and more affordable public transport, that’s why I support renationalising the railways.

These are my pledges to the people of St Albans.

Only one party can beat the Conservatives in St Albans. I represented the city as your MP from 1997 to 2005. And Labour came second here in 2015.

Only one candidate is putting the interests of local people first.

Vote Labour on Thursday 8 June. Vote Kerry Pollard to secure a better, fairer future for St Albans.
